This is my story.
This may seem unthinkable in this day and age, but I believe in people. I believe we all have the potential to achieve anything we want as long as we are realistic, honest with ourselves and open to take action - and with my coaching I make sure that my clients become aware of this potential and use it on their benefit.
Clarity Coaching began in early 2022 as a side venture while I was working full-time at Toyota in London. From the very start, it was clear that helping others was more than just a job — it was my passion. At the end of 2023, I made the decision to resign and dedicate myself fully to building my coaching business. As I worked with clients in the workplace, I discovered where my true focus lay: supporting new leaders. These were high-performers, exceptional at what they did, until they found themselves managing people. With no training, no clear roadmap, and rising expectations, they were left to figure it out alone. That’s when it became clear to me: support is most critical at the very beginning of the leadership journey.
I studied a Diploma in Life Coaching Skills with
Wellness Professionals at Work, which has offered me the acquisition of the tools and skills I needed to excel in what I do and really opened a new world full of new possibilities and fulfilment.
On my first year as a full time Founder I have also been shortlisted as a finalist at the
London Chamber of Commerce and Industry SME Business Awards 2025 in the categories of
Best New Business and
Website of the Year, leaving a clear testament to the hard work, passion and dedication I put in every aspect of my business.
But my adventure with coaching is not just about learning new skills, it is also about meeting amazing people and see them grow into a better version of themselves, and I am proud to say that my list of clients already has people from a lot of different backgrounds, cultures and nationalities: entrepreneurs, teachers, artists, office & construction workers, , scientists, students... from Spain, Ireland, Iran, USA, UK, etc.
Mission
To support new leaders gain the confidence, clarity, and skills they need to lead effectively through practical, personalized coaching that supports their growth, builds emotional intelligence, and turns potential into performance and results.
Objective
To become a trusted coach for organizations and individuals by delivering high-quality and impactful coaching programmes that support the transition from peer to leader. My goal is to provide new leaders with the mindset, tools, and strategies needed to lead with confidence, foster strong team cultures, and drive sustainable performance.
On my workshops, 1-2-1 sessions, corporate sessions and Signature Coaching Programme I use my wide understanding and experience on different jobs, industries and team dynamics to create a safe environment where everyone feels listened to, understood and free to talk.
A little bit about me
I am from Barcelona, where I graduated both in Translation & Interpreting and Advertising & PR while I was writing a novel in Spanish that got briefly published in my country (so proud of this bit!) - so I am a natural multi-tasker!
My long life dream was to live in London, so in 2011 I packed a couple of suitcases and came to London with no home, no friends and no job... and I made it! I have been living here since then and I am very proud of all my achievements, both personal and professional but above all, I am extremely thankful for the amazing people I have met and the experiences they have granted me.
I have worked in retail (FCBarcelona shop), hospitality (Intercruises, Hyatt, Meliá) and the corporate world (SoundStudio, Toyota), with a very broad number of positions and with very different responsibilities. All these different phases of my life allowed me to gather great experiences with very different people from all over the world and also have given me the perfect insights to be a workplace life coach.
