Coaching focuses more on the client’s current situation and drives the sessions paying special attention to the future by encouraging self-improvement and personal development. On the other hand, counselling is a form of talking therapy that assesses the person’s current situation and focuses on the past experiences that have determined the client’s struggles, studying and identifying coping mechanisms for the client to be able to move forward with their life.
