Leadership Coaching for New Managers: Supporting Your Transition to Effective Leadership

My leadership coaching is designed for new leaders, those who have recently been promoted to their first managerial role. This critical transition can shape your leadership style, influence your team dynamics, and impact the results you deliver within your company. I offer the guidance and support needed to help you navigate this exciting yet challenging chapter of their professional career.

Through my coaching, I provide an overview of the essential soft skills that exceptional leaders possess. These skills not only drive career progression but also contribute to achieving outstanding company results and unlocking your team's full potential. By examining your limiting beliefs, past experiences, and mindset, we can uncover the key factors that will allow you to move forward and become the leader your team needs.

My approach combines research-backed workshops tailored specifically for new leaders with personalized one-on-one sessions. During these sessions, we will reflect on your thoughts and emotions, create a concrete action plan, and ensure it is successfully implemented to maximize your leadership impact.

My coaching is available online, face-to-face, or in a hybrid format, allowing you to choose the option that best fits your schedule and needs. Also, my coaching is not only available for companies but for private individuals willing to become their best version.

What the programme includes:

  • 12x 1hr One-on-one sessions with each leader, where we will explore limiting beliefs, obstacles and opportunities to pave the path towards great leadership.
  • 10 Workshops with 20 hours of content that will give a snapshot of the soft skills a great leader needs.
  • Handouts in pdf of the workshops for you to have all the material and its references.
  • Lifetime access to a leaders’ community where you can share experiences, create your own network and enjoy quarterly group video calls and annual face-to-face meetings. Because you don’t have to do it alone!

 

Timing

  • One-to-one sessions can take place any time that suits you and your needs.

    When it comes to the workshops, because you are paying for it yourself and it is hard to find the time during weekdays, I will deliver them live twice a year:

    March and September (final dates to be shared with the participants).

    The workshops will take place on Saturday mornings and will include activities, 20-hours worth of content and will give room for self-reflection.
