One-to-one sessions can take place any time that suits you and your needs.
When it comes to the workshops, because you are paying for it yourself and it is hard to find the time during weekdays, I will deliver them live twice a year:
March and September (final dates to be shared with the participants).
The workshops will take place on Saturday mornings and will include activities, 20-hours worth of content and will give room for self-reflection.
