After years of working in a part-time capacity, I transitioned to running the business full-time in January 2024, dedicating myself to helping individuals who are new to managerial positions and guiding them towards becoming their best version, both as leaders and individuals.
Winning the Silver award for Website of the Year and being a finalist for Best New Business is truly humbling. It’s a recognition not just of my efforts, but of the power of clarity in leadership. I’m passionate about helping people find their true potential, especially those navigating their first leadership role.
