After years of working in a part-time capacity, I transitioned to running the business full-time in January 2024, dedicating myself to helping individuals who are new to managerial positions and guiding them towards becoming their best version, both as leaders and individuals.

I’m passionate about helping people find their true potential, especially those navigating their first leadership role. Believe it or not, 2024 is coming to an end... where did time go? It seems like it was yesterday when we were setting our New Year's Resolutions '24!
